About Us
Army discipline,
good manners.
Founder
KC Yadav
Retired Indian Navy
After retiring from the Indian Navy, KC Yadav saw one big problem in private security: many guards, but very little training or discipline. He started Steer Security Services in Udaipur around the year 2000 to fix that.
In about 26 years, he has himself selected and trained more than 500 guards. Each one is taught to stay calm, think clearly and never lose control.
Today he mixes trained guards with modern tools such as GPS tracking, camera monitoring and drones for influencers, business owners, royal families and other well-known clients.
Training
No guard goes on duty without training.
Discipline and manners

Simple English along with Hindi, so guests are handled politely.
